Virtual Occupational Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults in North Carolina

Life with ADHD, autism, or a differently wired brain doesn’t come with an instruction manual, especially if it’s a late diagnosis. Occupational therapy can help you understand your sensory needs, navigate daily challenges, and create routines that work for you. Let’s make everyday life feel a little easier and a lot more like you.

Less overwhelm. More function.

Sarah is a licensed occupational therapist specializing in neurodivergent adults, including women navigating ADHD, autism, and late diagnosis.

With a background in pediatric occupational therapy and a personal understanding of the neurodivergent experience, Sarah brings both professional knowledge and lived experience to her work.

Sarah believes occupational therapy isn’t just for kids! Adults deserve support with sensory needs, executive functioning, daily routines, and all the little things that make everyday life feel overwhelming.

Sarah’s goal is to help you better understand your nervous system, find what works for you, and create a life that feels a little easier to navigate.
