What is occupational therapy for adults?
In the realm of occupational therapy, “occupation” refers to any way in which you spend your time. So, OT is all about helping you do what matters to you. At this practice, we help adults build practical strategies for daily life. This can range from creating routines and sensory supports to managing work, home, and relationships in ways that align with how your brain and body work best.

Do I need an official diagnosis to work with you?
Nope. A diagnosis or physician referral is not required.
