Meet Sarah

Hi there! I’m Sarah and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’ve been an occupational therapist since 2018, spending most of my career in pediatrics. I’ve always had a passion for helping neurodivergent children discover strategies that work for them, and for supporting caregivers in creating environments where their children can truly thrive.

Somewhere along the way, I realized that many of the “typical” strategies and routines didn’t quite work for me. So, I started experimenting and applying the same tools and approaches I used in therapy to my own life. And things finally started to click.

Through that process, I learned more about myself and my brain. My thoughts can move fast and in many directions, which is wonderful for creativity, but less ideal for the everyday demands of life. Eventually, I received my own diagnosis and began to see just how few supports exist for neurodivergent adults.

In the field of pediatrics, occupational therapy often feels like a soft landing place for families who need help. But when I looked for that same kind of support for myself, it was hard to find. I needed help with regulation, sensory differences, executive functioning, and creating routines that actually worked for me. I knew I couldn’t be the only one.

That realization led me to start this practice. I’m here to support other late-diagnosed or self-identified neurodivergent adults, especially women and parents, who are figuring out what comes after the diagnosis. Because that’s where the real work (and the real self-kindness) begins: learning to honor your brain, adjust your routines, and build a life that fits you.

If you’re ready for someone to walk alongside you in that “what’s next” journey, welcome. You’ve found the right place.
